Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling / Cancelling your appointment. 

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.  I completely understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. In such cases, I kindly request that you contact me as soon as you become aware that you are unable to attend your appointment. You have the convenience of rescheduling or canceling your appointment either through the Fresha App (booking portal) or by directly reaching out to me. Your prompt communication is greatly appreciated. Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule and it’s outside of the 24 hour period, your deposit will be applied to your future booking. To avoid any charges, please reach out to us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hour swill result in a forfeiture of your 50% deposit. In the event of a "No Show" you will incur a charge of 100% of the service total. So please provide a cancellation/ reschedule notice of at-least 24 hours to avoid these fees. 

I do understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent a 24 hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. In this case I do allow 1 grace appointment a year for last-minute schedule changes or cancellations if requested. Effective communication is vital, as my business relies on it as the main source of income. I kindly request your understanding and consideration when it comes to last-minute cancellations, as they can have a significant impact on my operations.In saying that, I also value your time and feel that it is fair to also honour the same policy that I hold to my clients. Should I need to cancel your appointment due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice I will honour 50% off your next appointment and do all I can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner. 

Please be on time

To ensure a smooth and punctual experience, I kindly request that you arrive at your appointment 5 minutes early. This allows for any potential traffic or finding the salon. In case you anticipate being late, please notify me promptly with an estimated arrival time. If you happen to be more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time frame. I will always make every effort to find a suitable alternative time for you.

To initiate your visit, please send me a text upon arrival, and I will respond as soon as you can make your way into the salon. It's important to note that if I haven't heard from you 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a "No-Show" and your card will be charged for the full service, as outlined in the approved terms and conditions during the booking process.


Your satisfaction is my top priority, so if you are dissatisfied with the end result, please communicate this to the beauty therapist during your appointment. Kindly note that refunds are not provided as your payment covers both materials and time invested. I am dedicated to ensuring your happiness, and if you do not voice your concerns, I will be unaware of them and unable to address them promptly. By informing me of any issues during your appointment, I will do everything within my power to make the necessary adjustments and ensure you leave with a smile.
