Aftercare

Teeth Whitening

- Please follow the white diet for 24-48 hours after treatment. This means avoiding any food and drinks that will stain a white shirt. â€‹

- No cigarettes for the first 24 hours after treatment.

- No coloured drinks (especially coffee and tea). Drink out of straw as much as possible to avoid the liquid coming into contact with your teeth. Water is fine.

- Avoid eating and drinking any acidic foods and drinks in the first 24 hours as these can open up the pores on the enamel on your teeth.

- Avoid eating anything too hot or too cold over the next few days, to avoid sensitive teeth.

- Make sure you brush your teeth twice a day and remember to floss.

- Switch to a teeth whitening tooth paste, the one sold in the  salon is recommended.

Schedule your next appointment in 6 weeks time for a top up.

Brow Lamination

- Do not wet your brows in the first 24 hours.

- No brow product for the first 24 hours.

- Brush them into place every time they get wet.

- Avoid using exfoliating products or active products such as retinoids around the brows for the next 3 days.

- When removing makeup on the brows, go with the hair not against it; Micellar water with a cotton pad is recommended.

- Avoid excessive rubbing or touching.

- Avoid self tan/ spray tan on the face for the next 2 days.

Schedule your next appointment in 6-8 weeks time.

Spray Tan

-Wear loose fitted dark clothing to your appointment to avoid the tan rubbing off.

- When having your first shower to remove the tan, have a quick warm shower without soap and let the solution wash off. Pat dry with a soft towel.

- Avoid harsh chemicals, such as BHA, salcylic acid, oil free and anti ageing products on skin.

- Moisturise twice a day to prolong the wear of your tan.

- Spa's, swimming pools, the ocean, sauna and excessive sweating can lighten or remove your tan quicker.

- When the tan starts to fade, it's easier to exfoliate the remainder off in order to avoid a streaky/ patchy tan.
